We invite you to engage with our public consultation on proposals for much-needed new homes on an underutilised car park on Como Street in Romford.

This proposal provides an exciting opportunity to replace the existing underutilised carpark to provide up to 170 new homes set across four buildings and a terrace of four new town houses. There will also be approximately 350sqm of commercial floorspace set across five units at the end of North Street.
