The landscape proposals incorporate key spaces including the River Rom, the new public connections into and out of the site (including generous areas of public realm space for play and encouraging activity around the new commercial uses) and new high-quality communal amenity space for the new residential community that will live here.

A fantastic new large open landscaped plaza at the heart of the proposed new Como Street development, incorporating trees

A linear park/garden space that runs the length of the site and provides opportunity for all residents to enjoy the space

The provision of dedicated play space close to amenities and the plaza

Car parking

The site is incredibly well located to a number of different amenities and is very accessible by public transport. There are several bus stops within a five minute walk of the site and the train station is a 15 minute walk away. The five parking spaces provided will be wheelchair accessible and reserved for Blue Badge holders.
